gx999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed, and any balance held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Where gx999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and all winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited. Any deposits made during that period will be returned via the original payment method after the completion of investigation procedures.

Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your gx999 account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks, provided no investigations are pending. Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. gx999 will attempt to contact the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy procedures. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to the account balance after the initial 12-month dormancy period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Accounts may be reactivated by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
